- Extension of the waste-water treatment system at Estonian Cell

Task: In the course of the design and construction of the waste-water treatment system extension, a new waste-water pre-processing structure was built with an underground pumping station and a distribution chamber, as well as an anaerobic treatment facility for biogas production. In the course of the construction works, the plumbing and power lines needed for the station’s operation were also built. Biogas pressure lines to the plant were installed in order to enable the plant to use the gas it produced. Construction works of the ventilation equipment, power and weak current lines of the technical building and the installations were also carried out.

Task: In the course of the design and construction works, a new waste-water pumping station was installed, water plumbing built as well as self-flowing and pressurised waste water plumbing.
- Reconstruction of waste-water treatment plant in Sillamäe
Customer: Sillamäe Veevärk AS
Task: A new SBR waste-water treatment system was built with an active sludge-purification process; monolithic concrete processing tanks and additional tanks – the whole pre-purification and sediment processing systems. The technical building was constructed, also the corresponding courtyards and roads built. Unnecessary facilities were demolished. New equipment was installed and tuned. Pre-purification with a compact automated mesh and sand trap; accumulation and surge tank; a sequencing batch reactor (SBR)-type active sludge treatment for removing carbon compounds, nitrogen and phosphorus in two parallel lines; chemical phosphorus elimination (secondary); waste-water disinfection function; gravitational compaction of waste-water sediment; composting of waste-water sediment; waste-water marine outfall with effluent pumping station.

Task: Reconstruction of custom-solution waste-water treatment system with sediment processing and a sludge treatment system for the waste-water treatment.
- Reconstruction of waste-water treatment plant in Rakvere
Customer: Rakvere Vesi AS
Task: Design and construction works for the reconstruction of the waste-water treatment plant in Rakvere – waste-water treatment system; reconstruction of equipment and facilities for pre-purification; and mechanic purification and biological purification systems. Among other things, the sludge tanks and sludge processing system were reconstructed. The installation of new equipment increased the efficiency of the waste-water treatment system.

Task: A water plumbing system and a self-flowing and pressurised waste-water plumbing system, with ten waste-water pumping stations, was built.
